2. First part of fee when
Candidate signs contract
20% of annual salary payable in 2 parts. At the candidate’s signature and after the trial period.
3. Final fee after
the trial period
Net balance
(The last part and upfront fee reduced)
If the candidate leaves within the trial period. The last 30% won’t be invoiced.
