2. Succesful deal
Candidate signs contract
Remuneration:
20% of annual salary payable in 2 parts. At the candidate’s signature and after the trial period.
3. Candidate finishes
the trial period
Net balance
(The last part and upfront fee reduced)
If for some reason, you decide not to keep the candidate, or if the candidate leaves within the trial period. This last part won’t be invoiced.
